Every day at midnight UTC a new puzzle drops. Everyone gets the same set of cards in the same order, so scores are comparable. You have one attempt per day. Your streak grows for each day you play; miss a day and it resets (unless you have a streak freeze).
Stars are earned by playing decks well - they unlock harder decks on the star map. Streak freezes are awarded at streak milestones and automatically protect your daily streak if you miss a day. You don't need to do anything to use them.
You can build your own deck of timeline cards and share it with friends. Tap "Share" on a custom deck to generate a short code; anyone with the code can import the deck into their app. Shared decks are stored on our server until the creator asks us to remove them.
iOS Settings → Notifications → Deckades → toggle Allow Notifications off. You can also disable just the daily reminder inside the app's settings.
It happens - history is messy and we curate thousands of cards. Email us with the deck name and the card and we'll fix it in the next content update.
Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (iOS Settings → Game Center). If you're signed in but scores still don't appear, try playing one daily challenge - leaderboards populate after the first submission. Still stuck? Email us.
Deckades has no accounts, so most of your data lives only on your device - uninstall the app to remove it. If you've shared custom decks, email us the share codes and we'll delete them. To remove anonymous analytics events tied to your device, see the Privacy Policy.
